Can I cancel my order & request a refund?

You can cancel your order within 21 days of it being placed to receive a refund.

Note that once test kits have been dispatched, then even if unopened they cannot be returned to us in order to maintain quality standards.

As such refunds will include a £9.00 deduction to cover the cost of your sampling kit. Your test kit should then be disposed of once you have removed your personal details.

A deduction may also be made for your transaction procssing fee. Please view our terms for full details.

Refunds will be returned to the card you paid with and can take 5 – 10 days to be credited to your account.
