Yes, but it is essential that you set them up with a new account using a unique email address.

It is critical that the name, date of birth, and gender of the account holder matches the sample. This is to ensure correct sample identification by the laboratory and to ensure that your tests are analysed correctly.

A unique email address allows us to create a dedicated account and ensure that the correct results are always assigned to the appropriate individual.

In the event that you’ve accidentally placed a test for someone else on your account, please contact us and we will amend this for you as required.
