Has my sample been received by the laboratory?

Upon receipt by the laboratory, your sample will be booked into the Laboratory Information Management System and we will send you an immediate email notification.

Postage to the lab normally takes one to two working days, but if you haven’t received a notification from us please allow up to seven days for receipt.

Note that a sample integrity check on blood test samples is performed upon analysis to ensure it is a viable, fresh, high-quality sample. If there are any issues, we will send you a replacement kit free of charge.
