How Long Will My Test Kit Take To Be Delivered?

With our standard Freepost delivery option, kits will be posted to you the same day if orders are received by 14:00 (Monday - Friday). Test kits are sent using Royal Mail first class and will fit through your letterbox.

Typically, first-class post takes 1 – 2 days to arrive, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are still seeing increased postal delays due to the Royal Mail’s reduced service during the pandemic.

Please allow up to seven days for test kits to be delivered in this instance. In the event that your kit does not arrive in this timeframe, please contact us and a replacement test kit will be dispatched by Special delivery.

If you require urgent test results delivered fast, we highly recommend opting for our priority postage option upon checkout. Test kits will be dispatched the same day for orders received before 14:30 (Monday - Friday).

Next day delivery is guaranteed, so in the unlikely event that this is not achieved we will reimburse your postage. Note that you will need to be available to accept the delivery.

You can contact our Customer Services Department here or by email to: customer.services@vitall.co.uk

You can also call us on 0207 164 6044 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.
