How long will my test kit take to be delivered?

With our standard Freepost delivery option, kits will be posted to you the same day if orders are received by 14:00 (Monday - Friday). Test kits are sent using Royal Mail 24 and will fit through your letterbox.

Typically, this service takes 1 – 2 days to arrive, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Please allow up to seven days for test kits to be delivered in this instance.

In the event that your kit does not arrive in this timeframe, please contact us and a replacement test kit will be dispatched to you ASAP at no charge.
