My Test Kit Has Not Arrived?
If you opted for a next-day delivery option then please contact us for tracking information.
With our standard free-post option sampling kits are sent by Royal Mail first class post. This is un-tracked and kits usually take 1-2 days to arrive.
However, we are still seeing an increase in delays at present due to the reduced service by the Royal Mail. In these instances we allow a maximum of seven days for your home test kit to be delivered.
If your kit has not arrived in this timeframe then please let us know and we will send a replacement free of charge by Special Delivery.
