“When I started Vitall back in 2018, I wasn’t trying to build a trend. I just wanted to fix a problem I kept running into: getting reliable health tests shouldn’t be this difficult, confusing, or slow.”

Like many people, I was frustrated by the experience of chasing answers through GP appointments, waiting weeks for blood test results, and then being handed numbers I didn’t really understand. So I decided to create a service that would make health testing accessible, accurate, and genuinely useful - without needing to go through the traditional system.

Then came 2020. Suddenly, at-home healthcare wasn’t just a convenience - it was essential. We expanded quickly during the pandemic to support individuals, businesses, and health providers who needed safe, fast, and secure testing solutions.
